Daily Schedule:

You can practice in your room or at the meditation hall.

4.30h Morning Chanting with the monks (main hall)

5.30h to 6.00h Meditation at the small hall

6.00h to 7.30h working meditation (sweeping and keeping the area clean...)

7.30h Breakfast

8.00 – 9.00h washing your dishes after meal and some more cleaning meditation

9.00h practice on your own

11.00h mindfully taking the main meal

13.00 h – 15.00h practice on your own

15.00h to 16.00h Meditation at the small hall (or on the float)

17.00h Evening chanting with the monks (main hall)

18.00h Guided meditation at the small hall

19.00h Questions and answers at the small hall

Walking- and Sitting Meditation on your own until about 21h

Rest

If you want to do a “Silent Retreat” you have to ask for allowance.
