The
Retreat will be guided by Mae Chee Brigitte and is
based on the development of the four Foundations of Mindfulness.
We will
be practicing Meditation in four postures: Walking, Sitting, Standing and Lying.
What is most
important in that retreat is - we try to develop mindfulness in all our daily activities. Only this is what the practitioners really can
bring to back their life.
