The Retreat will be guided by Mae Chee Brigitte and is based on the development of the four Foundations of Mindfulness.

 

We will be practicing Meditation in four postures: Walking, Sitting, Standing and Lying.

 

 

What is most important in that retreat is - we try to develop mindfulness in all our daily activities. Only this is what the practitioners really can bring to back their life.

Friday, 14th May:

 

Arrival

20h explanation 8 precepts, keeping silent, being mindful

Guided Meditation

 

 

Saturday, 15th May:

 

06.30h to 07.30h Meditation

07.30h Breakfast

08.30h to 10.00h Meditation

10.00h mindfully helping to arrange the meal, taking the meal and washing dishes

           Time to rest

13.00h to 16.00h Meditation

(This is also the time for individual interviews - if requested)

16.00h Afternoon drinks

16.30h mindfully doing some working meditation (cleaning, watering flowers, cutting wood ...)

Time to refresh yourself  

19.00h Guided Evening Meditation
